Practice
You will notice that we have made some changes to our practice to help keep everyone safe.
The main changes we have made that you will see are:
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be worn by staff during appointments.
- Increased times between appointments to allow for enhanced cleaning and aeration of treatment rooms between patients.
- All couch covers and pillows have been replaced with hospital wipe clean pillows and paper roll on the couch.
- Not using the waiting room. Patients are advised to wait in their cars until called, not to arrive early for appointments and not to bring anyone in with them unless they need a chaperone.
- Sanitiser gel and hand washing facilities are provided for patient's use.
These measures have been introduced in accordance with Government guidelines and the guidance of the Institute of Osteopathy, the professional membership body for osteopaths.
We have also introduced a revised consent form that we will ask all patients to confirm that they have read and agreed. You can download a copy here.
If you have any questions, or would like to make an appointment, please telephone or use the contact form.
Thank you for your support and co-operation.
Rebecca.
